What's going on everyone, hope everyone is smashing it. I just dropped a podcast with Moonboy who is regarded as one of the best (If not the best) film artists in the world & also recently entered into the E-com space doing $1.5M in his first 3 months. I thought I'd leave you my 5 key takeaways from our interview: 1. Having the right team is vital to big growth 2. If you've been working hard for several years on something but don't seem to be getting where you want, its probably time to change something 3. If you are the best at something, growth will come easy 4. 30/30/30 Rule, The importance of the right mentors & time allocation of your peers 30% mentors, 30% equal & 30% people you can teach 5. People, people, people! The people you spend your time with is extremely vital to your success... If you are around people who aren't ambitious and don't encourage you, distance yourself as it will have negative long-term consequences.
