Hiring: Experienced Meta Lead Gen Performance Marketer

Hello everyone,

Hope you are all doing splendid.

We are currently hiring at our agency. If you know anyone who matches this criteria, point them our way.

Minimum requirements:

Must have spent or managed a minimum of $20K on lead gen ads
Been in the marketing space for more than 2 years

The role we are hiring for is a full-time role and tasks would include:

- Lead Generation Strategy (innovating the CTA, Hooks, Copy, Creative design, funnel production)

- Graphic Design (creating the ads)

- Setting up Automations & having an understanding of utilising AI

- Media Buying & Strategy

- Campaign Setup

- Client Check In Calls & Communication

We work with very large service-based companies, typically with a yearly turnover above $1 billion... So we are looking for someone who is highly skilled and can bring a wealth of knowledge to the table.

Looking for someone who is enthusiastic about joining along for the ride in a company that embraces unconventional ideas. Ideally, someone who is in for the long haul, 5 years+.

Depending on the level of skill, pay will start between $4K-$7K per month with lots of room to grow. (BIG EMPHASIS ON ROOM TO GROW)
