Yo guys, what do you think about this 1-year nurturing system for seller lead, real estate 1. No call responses + unmotivated leads (selling home in 6-18 months) The goal is to get a response, and make them request un updated home evalution based on current market conditions. The channels are: - monthly emails with market updates & valuable content such us how to increase your home value, when it's the best time to move, sparked with a few case studies - monthly whatsapp messages, alternating 2 types: a. I" sent you x guide via email, do you have any questions"; b. "I wanted to give you an update home evaluation so you can see if is it worth to sell now, when can I call?" - once every 2 months give them a call to see if their intentions changed, and stuff like that, ecc... 2. Motivated sellers ( selling in less than 6 months) The goal is to offer a consultation on the phone to give them an overview on selling time, and there book them a listing presentation at their house / in the office. - weekly emails with more testimonials, with recently sold homes in the area, how can the realtor help, and content to educate on the selling process - bi-weekly whatsapp, building rapport by asking if there are any doubts we may help with, little nuggets about market conditions, "would you like an overview on selling time, ecc..." (CTA call) - bi-weekly calls, asking about previously mentioned problems, and then booking a listing presentation (CTA "updated overview on selling times" This is it. Be ruthless and brutally honest πŸ₯°

Volume Negates Luck (Cold Outreach)
Made a quick summary on why cold outreach is numbers game (cold email, cold dms, cold call). 1. Do More: When you send more emails, you get more chances to talk to people and find clients. If you send a million emails, you're bound to get some replies! 2. Practice Makes Perfect: Sending more emails helps you get better at it. You can see what works and what doesn’t, then make changes to improve. 3. Statistical Advantage: If you send more emails than your competitor, you have a better chance of succeeding. 4. Be Persistent: Keep trying and don’t give up. Sending lots of emails helps you stay consistent and not get discouraged. 5. Less Fear: The more you try, the less scared you are of failing. If one email doesn’t work, just send another!
