Next phase of development for my club
My club, the Vibrant Living Tribe, is ready for an upgrade. I have been successfully enrolling people into my immersion/teacher training programs and retreats. So Cate has suggested that the club is a bonus offered to people who take these other programs. Pricing for retreats. Local upstate NY Catskill retreat. $1080-$1380. 28 people cap Immersion program. $2750-$2950 for a 5-month program. 12-15 members (could be more if we get the online portion of the hybrid presentation to fill up). Current Vibrant Living Tribe year-long membership $4000 - three 11-week intensives meeting weekly online - 3 cleanses, 2 free weekly yoga classes - 1-7 free weekly or daily guided meditations - 1-day-long in-person or online retreat a year. - 2 one-on-one spiritual mentoring/counseling sessions with Rudrani Currently I split the Immersions/Teacher Training programs and on retreat a year with Rudrani. I am paying her for the counseling sessions. These payments to Rudrani come from the proceeds of the VLT tuition. @Cate Stillman @Manam Shaikh @Valerie Hwang Beck

Hi @Jacalyn Prete -- I know @Cate Stillman's going to weigh in on pricing, but I just wanted to say that it seems like a very easy shift to make the club a feature of the immersion program so that they get to stay on after their 5-month training with you.
CLUB NAME?
I'd love some feedback before I make the final call. My year long program was Glow with Soul Inner Wellness circle. We talked about it on a call last week that's too long. My Buisness is Mind Body Bright(glow with soul). I use inner wisdom/outer radiance often and alot of the vibrant, radiant, glow, Bold, Thrive ...words in my marketing to midlife women and making this season of the life the BEST yet. We came up with Club Radiance. I will also use Club Radiance (inner wisdom/outer radiance) or Club Radiance (glow with soul) Here are a few alternatives: A few other candidates are: Mind Body Bright Club Mind Body Radiance Circle Midlife Radiance Club The Glow Circle The Radiance Club Bold & Radiant THANK YOU IN ADVANCE🥰

I think Club Radiance is great.
Major OOPS with my club name! Seeking advice, suggestions.
Somehow I forgot to google "Club Serenity" before I had a logo designed, and just discovered that the name is already in use by Club Serenity, Inc., which is in the recovery space as am I. Sigh. I want to salvage my logo, so am thinking of modifying my club name to "Club Serenity with Virginia White." A friend suggested "The Serenity Circle," which is also in use. @Cate Stillman, do you have any ideas for how to proceed? Would appreciate suggestions from anyone who has an idea, thanks!

@Virginia White I like the parts -- "New Leaf," "Heal and Rise," and "Collective" -- but b/c I tend not to like long names, I find the combination a bit of a mouthful. Something like "New Leaf Collective" or "Heal and Rise Collective" sounds better to my ear. But that’s just me, and I acknowledge my idiosyncrasy here. I don't really trust Chat, Grok or Claude for trademark searches. I ran a search on "New Leaf" and it turned up a bunch. That's not a reason to avoid it. On the contrary, it means that many variations can exist simultaneously. For any search, you want to refine by looking at the specific goods and services, which in your case would be "personal." I did a quick search and came across 2, which suggests that you'd be fine if you did "New Leaf Collective" or some variation. I'd do the same search with "Heal and Rise" or anything with "Serene" (which I like as a suggestion from @Tarna Fuller). https://tmsearch.uspto.gov/search/search-information Here are two articles on trademark and classes: https://www.mandourlaw.com/trademark-classes/ https://www.legalzoom.com/articles/trademark-classes-the-complete-list

Annual Marketing Call?
My link to my GCAL shows the call at 12:30 pst today- Now I'm seeing it on the calender here at 9am- was it changed?

@Club Thrive Global Thanks for the explanation that our Google calendar links didn't reflect the internal Skool calendar update. But it's not just the notification that matters -- it's that the time was changed close to the event. I'm sure I'm not alone in planning my schedule in advance. Even if I had learned about the change a day or two earlier, it would have been hard to move things around.

@Club Thrive Global Yes, that's what I was saying. And we rely on those times to plan our schedules, so if you're going to change the time (and notify us), I hope it's for an urgent reason. Otherwise, we risk missing out on live calls.
Can We Put a Town Hall on the Calendar?
I've been thinking about something that's missing in WPA...

@Carman Murray, yes, I think that makes a lot of sense. Any chance it could be scheduled more in line with the other coaching calls, which are around 12 pm ET and 3 pm ET? I'm not entirely certain about this, but attendance might be easier for people at those hours than 9 am/5 pm...

@Club Thrive Global - was this added to the calendar at some point in January or February?
