Daily Journal Date: 19 December 2025 I reminded myself that showing up matters, even when energy is not at its best. Slept at 12:45 AM Woke up at 8:45 AM Long-term focus: Tracking consistency in prayers, maintaining regular workouts, and improving focus during study hours. Reminders: Consistency beats motivation. Start small, then build momentum. Do the work first, think later. Day Start Section - Continued progress in Cybersecurity and learned some of the essential frameworks in it. - Completed a training session - Reviewed tasks and adjusted my daily plan What I avoided today: Unnecessary screen time and delaying important work.
