Daily Journal Date: 19 December 2025 I reminded myself that showing up matters, even when energy is not at its best. Slept at 12:45 AM Woke up at 8:45 AM Long-term focus: Tracking consistency in prayers, maintaining regular workouts, and improving focus during study hours. Reminders: Consistency beats motivation. Start small, then build momentum. Do the work first, think later. Day Start Section - Continued progress in Cybersecurity and learned some of the essential frameworks in it. - Completed a training session - Reviewed tasks and adjusted my daily plan What I avoided today: Unnecessary screen time and delaying important work. Diet + Gym Breakfast: Omelette, brown bread, and a banana Lunch: Chicken and rice Dinner: Had some mixed Vegetables Gym: Legs workout (4 exercises 3 sets each) Speaking: Practiced speaking clearly and confidently Wins of the Day: - Studied without major distractions - Finished my workout as planned - Maintained prayer discipline throughout the day Mistakes / Learnings: - Felt low energy in the afternoon - Learned that short breaks help restore focus Prayer Times Fajr: 6:01 AM Zohar: 12:26 PM Asr: 3:31 PM Maghrib: 5:44 PM Isha: 7:32 PM

Daily Journal Date: 18 December 2025 I try to stay disciplined even when the day felt slow and unstructured. Slept at 1:00 AM woke up at 9:00 AM. Some of the things i want to achieve? Daily prayer consistency, Consistent workout and hours of deep work. Reminders: Progress comes from repetition, not intensity. One clear priority beats many half-done tasks. Write before work to set intent. Day Start Section - Complete my ongoing courses related to Cybersecurity and Ai - Physical Training - Plan upcoming tasks and goals What I don’t want to do today: Overthinking and procrastinating. What I don’t want to do today: - Overplanning - Switching tasks mid-focus - Seeking motivation instead of discipline Diet + Gym Breakfast: Banana + Boiled eggs Lunch: Home-cooked meal Dinner: Light home-cooked food Gym: Chest Day Close Section Wins of the Day: - Watched some video tutorials for n8n automation. - Looked into some Skool content. - Another day of staying consistent with physical and mental workout. Sleep & Wake - Slept: 11:30 PM - Woke up: 5:00 AM Day Start Section Most Important Tasks 1. Explored automation ideas — planting seeds for future leverage. 2. Watched Skool videos — absorbing systems, not just content. 3. Reflected instead of rushing — clarity before action. What I deliberately chose not to do today - Mindless scrolling - Fake productivity - Jumping into execution without understanding - Multitasking for the illusion of speed Diet + Training: Breakfast: Two boiled eggs + banana shake. Lunch: Home-cooked food. Dinner: Home-cooked food. Gym: Back Day.
