@Tytti Lakanen As you are new i recommend you writing about yourself in one of Tom's pinned posts. And maybe even read other guys storys. Might find someone with similar intrests! My relationship with my gf that has been going up and down up and dpwn but its never close to normal. Im being controled in too many ways and im always being told that im bad and always getting punished.

Hello everyone!
For those who has problems with doomscrolling or spending too much time watching yt or netflix i can recommend one app to help it at least a little bit. "PushUp time" Its the name of the app and it will block apps from usenif you havent earned the time with pushups or squats. And if you know that you can do some 30 pushups eazy then set the default 2 min from 1 pushup to 1 min. It helps me not using the apps i use too much thru the day. Have a great day everyone!😊

@Lucas Torres you can try to do it without the app. Try to limint yourself if you havent done your pushups squats or anything and find an optimal screen tume for each rep. I might start doing this because the apl got updated now it has adds and needs premium for no adds so it might get worse soon🥲

@Bhavya Hello Hey. Good luck with your exams and in learnung for them. Another thing i can say that could help you is a reward for an action. You study for 1h you get something you want, might be some less healthy food or anything but that might keep you motivated. Its like the Advice from Tom about watching your favorite show while in the gym you just need to change the gym with studying and show with a reward after studying. And another thing, try making studying a little bit better, maybe do it in your bed if it is better or drink coffee while learning! Wish you all the best with the exams. You got this!

Hey everyone, I'm Cameron, 19 years old, and I'm from Ohio. I'm currently studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Cincinnati. I was recently broken up with by my ex-girlfriend of 3 years and the past 2 months have been very hard. I have lost the version of myself I once was and I want to find my drive and passion again. Looking to improve both my physical and mental health here and keep accountability!

Relationships- because of my hard relationship that most of active guys knows here and it feels like things are getting better but never really looking like it would get good to truly live like that in a long term
