For those who has problems with doomscrolling or spending too much time watching yt or netflix i can recommend one app to help it at least a little bit.
"PushUp time"
Its the name of the app and it will block apps from usenif you havent earned the time with pushups or squats. And if you know that you can do some 30 pushups eazy then set the default 2 min from 1 pushup to 1 min. It helps me not using the apps i use too much thru the day.
