I go to the gym at 2am 6 days a week do cardio but now I need to increase the weight lifting part ive lost so much muscle

Saturday and Sunday always through me off but I have a walking pad but this weekend im also baking so it will keep me busy I dont eat what I bake if I know its bad for me..lol
