Good Morning!!!
Let’s have a fabulous day!!! Woke up in a good mood today. Hoping it sticks around. Already ate my breakfast (did you know you’re supposed to eat breakfast within a hour of waking up to induce good hunger signs for the day… I didn’t til this week! Mind blown!). I walked .5 mile already on my walking pad . My sister and I have a challenge going to see if we can hit 3 miles a day. Here goes nothing! About to take my vitamins. And after my tea I’ll start my water intake for the day. Have a great one!! Make it count today!!!
Walking pad
So I invested in a walking pad for my office at work to help get some extra movement in during the day at lunch! Today was the first day I tried it. I ate lunch with everyone like usual then excused myself and walked for the other 25 min! Loved having that me time!
Sunday-itis
Sunday-itis — that feeling when you start dreading the week before it even starts. I’m blessed that I truly don’t dread my work. I love what I do. 💗 That said, I was still up early this morning getting my food prepped and my week set up for success. Who’s on board with planning for success this week?
