I've noticed that I eat better and track my food if I workout first thing in the morning. Anyone else?

@Cheryl Brown My gym made a program for me and I have to go early or I won't go. My mind will start making excuses and I'll be stuck with very little progress.

I made pork tenderloin, green beans and rice. I have greek yogurt and fruit for in-between meals.

My biggest challenge is snacking on slider foods. I fel deprived if I don't snack on a few crackers, etc.
