Breathwork Q
Hey all, I had done a few of the Breathwork sessions and at times I find myself breathing in/out with my lips pursed, other times with my mouth more open (hot breath style) and other times short and rhythmic and other times elongated and often with noises. Should I focus on one or the other - is finding a faster rhythm important/better or rather whatever cadence feels good so long as there are no gaps at the top or bottom of the breath? Any input would be appreciated- Thanks!

@Adam Carbary Okay, so I was doing the correct thing without even thinking about it. I feel that when I focus on breathing deeper and sometimes more slow and rhythmic, I seem to relax quicker and I'm able to place more focus on what I'm feeling at the moment.
