I like the one “achievement is as much about stopping as it is about starting.” For example, I made the decision to extremely cut back on TV watching, especially binge watching over the last several weeks. It’s really helped me refocus my time for meditation. I’ve been meditating once or twice a day for about 1 - 1.5 hours, following the Dr Joe Dispenza guided meditations. I’m also and starting to get back into some creative pursuits.

Sunday ✅✅✅ read, did yoga blend 1 hour class, high protein, awake at 9 am Monday ✅✅✅ Read, 15 min, mini trampoline plus about 15 min walking , high protein, up at 6 am, physical therapy appointment (TMD). (was extremely sore from Saturday TCF workout)
