Week 2 Check-in
My weight is 123 lbs. 134 at start of challenge. I've lost 3 pounds this week. Down 11 pounds from start of challenge. My steps this week were 137,291 averaging 19,613 daily. My biggest win was doing all my situps off of my knees for the first time. My biggest challenge was getting all my assigned workouts done. My next workout is Monday, Feb 3.
