Well I am officially on holiday but will be staying in touch here if anyone needs anything! I got to 5pm with no ice cream or beer, 11,684 steps down, plus 10 minutes of maintenance exercises and stretches. Pilates class tomorrow, on the beach, but I'm unsure abut the potential of sand where I don't really want it. We will see 😅 Anyone have any tips of how not to overdo it when on holiday (or even when not on holiday) please share below 👇
