Lose Weight, Get Consistent Energy, and Control Appetite...
A lot of men struggle with: - Low or crashing energy - Stubborn fat that won’t move - Constant cravings and hunger Most don’t realize these are common signs of insulin resistance. The good news: this can be reversed, without any complicated tracking, by making a few simple, consistent lifestyle changes. I just developed a FREE 14-day challenge in my Skool community, designed specifically for men. You’ll follow 5 daily actions that remove guesswork: - Simple food lists and meal plans - Clear daily structure - No calorie counting - No overthinking You don’t need motivation. You don’t need willpower. You just need to show up and follow the system. If you want better energy, fewer cravings, and real momentum, this is a good place to start. I hope it helps!

@Audra Starkey good idea. I haven't spoken to anyone who knew what insulin resistance is or even heard of it. Before this year I didn't even know what it was and I thought insulin was only medicine for people with diabetes😅 But it is a massive problem. Such a big problem I dedicated my life to help to be a solution.
Are you chasing a quick fix… or building steady Skool growth with real value?
Be honest for a sec, most people say they want long-term growth, but their actions scream: “Just give me the hack, the trick, the magic button.” But Skool doesn’t work like that. People don’t stick around because you posted a “growth hack.” They stick because you give them a reason to come back tomorrow. Quick fixes = spikes. Value = momentum. So I’m curious… where are you at right now? 👉 Are you hunting for a shortcut? 👉 Or are you playing the long game, delivering value, building trust, creating something that actually compounds? No judgement either way. Just a real conversation. Drop your answer below. I want to see where this community’s head is at. (P.S. If you are building long-term… you’ll love what we’re building inside The Prosperity Network 👀)

If anything says "shortcut" or "hack," it's an indicator I should stay away from it.

@Chris Suckling 😂 Yes exactly! It's a trap!
Why only one post a day?
I’ve been asked why I limit the posting in this group to once a day, and the answer is for the same reason that I limit how much I personally post in this group each day (I try really hard to limit myself to 2!)…. It’s to protect your visibility. The goal of this group is to help you become as visible as possible. If people are able to post as often as they want, one person could easily clog the feed with their own posts and push everyone else down to lower pages. By limiting everyone to one post a day, everyone gets time on the first page, the quality of the posts goes up, and the overall feel is more conversational and less spammy. Thoughts???

Myth: If your course is packed with content, it’s automatically “high-value.”
MYTH: More content = more value. REALITY: More content often creates more confusion. I see course creators panic and respond the same way: They add another module, another bonus, another “just in case” lesson. It feels generous, but it also quietly breaks the learning experience. Here’s what actually happens when you overload a course: - Students can’t tell what matters most, so they do nothing first. - The “path” disappears, and the course becomes a content library. - Momentum drops because progress stops feeling measurable. - You get lower completion, fewer wins, and softer testimonials. Value isn’t measured in minutes of video.Value is measured in capability: what your student can confidently do after. If you want your course to feel premium and produce results, design for: - a clear sequence (this → then this → then this) - practice opportunities (not just explanations) - application (so students can make decisions without you) - tight scope (so “finished” is achievable) A high-quality course doesn’t say, “Here’s everything I know.”It says, “Here’s what you need to master, on purpose.” If you’re building (or rebuilding) a course right now, check out Your Best Course Experience inside of the Build Lab, it walks you through the exact process and frameworks you need to build with clarity, intention, and implementation so that you can stand out in your niche and scale exponentially.

I was literally just planning out the content for my premium tier which is just a methodology I learned from wxperts i ln this space. The original one I learned from has so much information. But it was built by scientists doing the the research. Basically I am thinking about how to put it into a step by step process with a daily checklist of tasks to complete to get a person to the end result as efficiently as possible and building the habits they need for it to stick long term. I definitely resonate with the more does not equal better point.

@Shannon Boyer absolutely.
Please Introduce Yourself
One of the most important things I've learned since becoming an online entrepreneur is that the most important thing you can do to grow your business is to build relationships. Many of us (myself included) have rushed to promote our groups and services that we care so deeply about. And it only makes sense - we are excited about what we are doing! Today, I'd like to invite you to take a step back and introduce yourself to the group by answering the following questions: 1. Who are you personally? 2. Who are you professionally? 3. What is something you love doing outside of work? 4. What is something surprising about you? As you open up and make more connections, you will find that not only are people more interested in what you do, but they will also be more interested in helping you make connections with other people they know! 😉 After you introduce yourself, please scroll through the other introductions and add a comment to someone you have something in common with or would like to know more about. 😊 Please add your introduction in the comments below! ⬇️
