🌟 Mindset Post of the Day: From Which Energy Are You Leading?
A quick but important reminder as you grow your Skool community (or any business!!):
You are the leader of your group/your community/your clients
And they will always respond to YOUR energy more than your strategy.
Ask yourself honestly:
👉 Are you leading from excitement, clarity, and vision?
👉 Or from subtle frustration — “they should post more,” “why is no one engaging,” “this isn’t working”?
👉 Are you showing up empowered… or overwhelmed?
👉 Are you hoping they will lead the group for you?
Your energy sets the tone. 🔥 And by the way, it doesn't have to be loud...!
If you’re stressed, your group feels it.
If you’re grounded and aligned, they feel that too.
Today I want you to take one honest moment and check in:
From which energy am I currently leading my community/my business (perhaps even my life)?
And from which energy do I want to lead going forward?
You can journal on it — or the answer may already be clear just by reading this.
Then share in the comments:
✨ What energy are you choosing to lead from — both in your own group/business and your life?
Empowerment? Calm? Satisfaction? Playfulness? Certainty?
