$10,000 from Sunday Sessions: How I turned 1.8M Viral Views into a sold-out IRL Program
Yo Ethan, Andy, and the IRL family! I’ve spent the last 12 months proving that 'In-Person' is the highest form of engagement for a community-driven business. I recently took a massive leap into the live event space with my brand, Beyond the Net. While my Skool group was down, I focused purely on the 'IRL' side of the game (mainly because handling both was hard for me l😆) Q1 Receipts: - $10,000 in revenue generated purely from our in-person Sunday Sessions - 1.8 Million views online in February 2026 proving that viral digital content is only useful if it puts bodies in a room - $4k personally generated for in person coaching for myself last year I’m stepping back into the online space to manage the backend personally now. I’ve realized that the 'Manual Grind' of events only works if you have the digital plumbing to support it. Between all the information here to learn on Skool and in person events I've consolidated my 2026 Content OS and the Mastermind Transcripts from all my experience on Skool the last three years. If you're looking to monetize your next retreat, workshop, or local event without breaking the bank, feel free to ask questions. I'm not as knowledgeable as Ethan or Andy but, I'd love to share the systems I used to bridge that $10k digital-to-physical gap. Q1 is flying.

@Blake Hollifield that is fantastic news. Thank you so much for sharing it. I'm very happy for you. Keep on rocking. You got this, brother.
Photographers for the event
Thanks for the awesome call today, @Ethan Simons I have one more question: where do I find / recruit an external photographer for the event? It doesn't have to be someone professional, just good iPhone pictures, some video maybe. And what do you guys think about those polaroid print-out on site cameras? Are they good? For which use case?

Simon, what I would do, I would take pictures myself. I used to organize a lot of large events, and very often the pictures I took myself were the best ones because I knew what to shoot for and who was going to watch them. So if you get a photographer, you kind of have to make sure that they really understand what's important. Maybe you have sponsors there that you want to catch, or maybe you want to catch a crowded room, or you want to catch your typical avatar, meaning your ICP. So taking the pictures yourself and videos yourself I think makes a lot of sense, or somebody that works closely with you that knows what you're looking for. That's again what I did in the beginning, and they turned out great. Hope this helps.

@Simon Hegener it was not a workshop it was a Social event so it was easier for me to do it that way as I was part of the socializing.
lu.ma - what do you guys think?
Hey all, I am about to launch my first IRL event in NYC. Someone recommended lu.ma to set it up online and collect registrations. What are your experiences with it? Cheers Simon

Here is another one I hear good things about, but you cannot CHARGE $ via it as of yet...but here is what I wrote about it: Partiful is an app, but I think this website is related: https://partiful.com/ Super popular in US and is the most fun one and sends out Text message based. has Great features.
A "one to many" selling masterclass
There are a few people on earth that have closed 7 figures in revenue from a live event ...and not only has Bridger Pennington been able to do that, he's actually done it 3 times. Not once, not twice, but three times. At three different live events. ...and this is just from live events. This doesn't even include the dozens of virtual events & webinars he has done to help Fund Launch grow to $40 million+ in revenue Crazy. When it comes to "one to many" selling, I think it's safe to say that Bridger is one of the best in the game Which is exactly why I wanted to sit him down for an interview. One of the biggest pain points founders struggle with when hosting live or virtual events is selling one to many Whether it's fear, lack of confidence, or just simply not knowing how, the one to many bottleneck holds many founders back from ever maximizing the potential of their events And not only does it hold them back from maximizing the financial potential of their events, it also holds them back from maximizing the potential transformation they can create within their attendees The lives that they could genuinely change. Because one to many selling isn't only for selling offers... it's also for selling the audience on why what they are gathering for is important, and why they should pay attention The movement you are building or the business you are growing doesn't matter if people aren't sold on it. If one to many selling has ever been hard for you, or if you are looking to get better at one to many selling, than this interview is 100% for you In the interview, we dive into: -Bridger's "one to many" frameworks he uses when selling at events & while raising capital -How he crafts irresistible offers for events (virtual & in person) -The actual slide decks he uses for his "one to many"presentations -What is/isn't working in the industry right now when it comes to one to many selling + so much more It's by far the best interview I have ever been a part of

If you like him... try Jason Fladlien... he is the KING of webinars. And also the author of One to Many / Best selling book on Amazon. If you want my notes from reading that book.. just let me know and I will send it over to you.

@Andy Monroe Yes, he is a Brilliant Thinker as well. Joe Polish endorses him as THE #1 guy when it comes to webinars.
🧠 Design for the 1
Hey Team! Lately, Andy and I have been experimenting with a new way to design experiences. We all know Hormozi talks about "doing the unscalable" at first, getting really good results, and then going from there. Following in that school of thought, lately we've begun conducting 1-on-1 onboarding calls for our event attendees. Now, I know all of us our busy, but as a co-founder duo planning 4 events right now that will happen within the next 2 months, with over 200 expected attendees at all of them... that can sound like simply too much to do. But the value that is created, the insight that is provided... far outweighs the time investment. By meeting with each attendee, we get to hear their story. Their why. Their history. Their goals. What will make the event a home run. Not collected in an onboarding form, but human to human on a zoom call. We then take that data and synthesize it with all of the attendee's answers to find common threads, patterns, and trends. We do this before creating the agenda or the itinerary. It's done to ensure that the event becomes something that will materially move each attendee forward in their journey. This is a win for the host (better client outcomes) This is a win for the attendees (specific help on specific problems) This is a win for us (we get to meet all the attendees and greet them by name at the event) ✍️ THIS is experience design in action! What "unscalable" thing are you doing right now that is bringing outsized returns?

I send a Personal video to each New member right away when they join my community and address them by their First Name and ask them Personal questions as well as of course welcoming them. I have received many comments of how impressed they are with that approach. Ps. I guess I should invite them on a small group call as well to bond even better with them.
