I just received The LinkedIn Edge by Jeb Blount and Brynne Tillman and added it to my reading pile. I haven’t read it yet, but after skimming the premise and structure, here’s what it appears to focus on: What the book seems to cover - LinkedIn as a full prospecting system, not just a social platform - How LinkedIn + AI can reduce reliance on cold calls without killing pipeline - The balance between fast prospecting (now) and slow prospecting (later) - Using intent signals like job changes, engagement, profile views, and network proximity - Personal brand, credibility, and visibility as sales and trust levers - Showing up consistently so conversations feel warmer before outreach ever happens The underlying idea Prospecting works better when people recognize you, trust you, and understand what you do before you ask for time. @Joe Apfelbaum I keep all my content generation in a few core workflows, so switching some LinkedIn content to a different app isn't a good solution for me at the moment

My initial reaction was that looked a little spammy, but I can see the logic in the increased exposure. I'm going to test this with a unique lead magnet I only post on ads like this and track the results. It costs almost nothing to test, but the upside could be great if a lead converts
