Calendar Inconsistencies
For the last couple of weeks I have been facing the same repetitive issue no matter how I edit the prompting, when people are booking or rescheduling especially for the next day it seems like the calendar does not register and that is crazy, keeps on giving ither slots as if the original ones are not available meanwhile they actually are available, and the event of booking actually happens but brings back a bad request. See attachments

GHL Notes
Hey Everyone!! So the Voice AI is sending a note with the summary of the AI Voice call, is there a way to limit the ones that are being sent, I want only the calls above 60 Secs to reach my CRM since most calls are unanswered and they end up clogging the notes section with nothing of value. I was also thinking of decreasing the spacing and/or the info there too. See below

@Bernie White I think this is not an automation that populates these notes since it shows Created by API, so it is being communicated automatically, I am looking to filter which ones would be Created as a note

SMS Report
Hello everyone, I’ve been trying to find a reliable way to track the SMS messages sent by our AI Agent. We can see the messages inside conversations, but there’s currently no way to properly track or report on them inside GoHighLevel, and there’s no SMS dashboard on Assistable either. I understand that calls are tracked because they’re made through Assistable numbers, but for SMS, even though the system clearly knows which messages are being sent by the AI Agent, there doesn’t seem to be a way to aggregate or report on them. At the very least, having a simple metric like total SMS count (sent by the AI Agent) on a dashboard would be extremely helpful. Is there currently a workaround for this, or is this something that might be added in the future? Thanks!!

We’re now planning to market it as part of our CRM business as well. Looking for more opportunities and shared experiences to grow!

Hello everyone! First of all, I’m glad to be here. My name is Ahmed, but I go by Remy since it’s easier for most people to pronounce. I joined Assistable in September 2025. Since then, we’ve built a strong bilingual AI agent for both voice and text for our real estate business. We’re now planning to market it as part of our CRM business as well. Because of that, we’re looking for someone proactive, experienced with Assistable AI, and knowledgeable about how AI agents should operate specifically in the real estate space. We already have a solid build in place, but I’m open to improvements and new ideas. Right now, we need one person who can work full-time and take full ownership of implementation, support, and ongoing development. At the moment, this can easily be handled by one person, but as we scale, we plan to grow the team and bring in additional people to work together. I honestly think there’s no better place to find the right person than here. Cheers, everyone!
