SMS Report
Hello everyone,
I’ve been trying to find a reliable way to track the SMS messages sent by our AI Agent.
We can see the messages inside conversations, but there’s currently no way to properly track or report on them inside GoHighLevel, and there’s no SMS dashboard on Assistable either.
I understand that calls are tracked because they’re made through Assistable numbers, but for SMS, even though the system clearly knows which messages are being sent by the AI Agent, there doesn’t seem to be a way to aggregate or report on them.
At the very least, having a simple metric like total SMS count (sent by the AI Agent) on a dashboard would be extremely helpful.
Is there currently a workaround for this, or is this something that might be added in the future?
