Hey everyone, hope you’re doing well. . As the title says I lost an $80K deal today in the Houston area, no major repairs, just small upgrades. I had the cash ready… but we waited too long for repair quotes. And of course, we weren’t the only ones on it. Lesson: Hard work pays, but in this game you must be FAST ⚡️. . When a deal is good, hesitation kills it. . I’m optimistic, I received two promising projects today. Still checking invoices, but this time I’ll move quicker 🚀. .
