I called an FSBO Seller today and within the first minute of convo he asked me where I was. I said Ohio and he replied, "I know, I checked." From that point on the convo was very pleasant and I got through the call ( my first) and all my questions were answered and he even mentioned he enjoyed talking to me. As Rich & Zach teaches I did it to practice and I got rid of the procrastination. Great start for Independence Day!
Made 106 Calls today! Had 1 Inbound call. The phone was breaking up really bad and couldn't hear them I tried calling back but kept getting forwarded to voicemail. I will try again tomorrow. Had 13 pick ups! 4 Hang Ups. 2 wrong numbers. 1 interested in selling. 6 Ai pick ups. 2 hang ups. 4 voicemails left. 34 Voicemails left in total. Today was a really slow day on the Dialer. And a much much lower pick up rate. LOTS of no answers. Definitely going to be purchasing another phone number tomorrow. On the flip side ..I was able to connect with a really sweet older lady looking to sell in the next 6months -1year!! We had a good conversation about her and the property. She laid it all out on the table. Motovated Homeowner. Motivated house, and all the repairs needed. It's the perfect kind of situation where I can offer some solutions to help this Homeowner out. I'm really looking forward to seeing how this one unfolds! This last week I haven't made that many connections with motivated homeowners. But the few that I did connect with have both a motivated situation and a motivated home. The biggest thing that's noticable is the rapport building and connections that were made. These connections just seem more genuine and real. Not as surface level as the past ones. Just something I've taken note of. 1 New Lead Added to the Pipeline!!! YOU CAN'T STOP ME!!!!!
