Question, do you guys cold call on holidays? Maybe not on Christmas or thanksgiving right but on holidays like these? I’m itching ti make these calls 😅

Anybody know if there’s a loophole or a way around having to have your RE License in Illinois after you do one wholesaling deal. I live in Indiana and able to find decent leads over here but my partner lives in Illinois and we get more leads over in Illinois and we really don’t want to get our Ls. Any feedback would be great!
