First and foremost, I want to give all glory to God for making this possible. This is truly a testimony of what faith, consistency, hard work, and patience can achieve. I joined this community back in December 2024, determined to accomplish what once felt completely out of reach. After following Zach and Rick on YouTube since 2021, I finally made the decision to stop watching and start taking action. And now, I’m beyond proud and grateful to share that I’ve officially closed my first real estate wholesale deal! When I started this journey 8 months ago, I didn’t have much, but I had faith. I took a leap, went all in, and stayed committed even when things got tough. There were moments I questioned whether I should keep going… but I held on. Hello awesome community. I've come to realize it's time to stop playing it safe and just studying, but start DOING. I'm looking to partner on a JV deal- I can help find motivated sellers and CONTRIBUTE however needed. I really need to learn hands-on from experienced people here so I can take what I learn and do my own deals in the future. Any advice or opportunities would be amazing. I'm on the west Texas area around Lubbock, Texas and places around.

So my question to the group what are the best sites or what are people using to comp their properties I know X leads but what else are people having success with? I've been using Zillow but what other sites are people finding that are the least time consuming and or most accurate or is it multiple sites people are using it's for me becoming the most time consuming hardest thing to do really
