DAY 2: Why You Reach (Triggers & Patterns)
Welcome to Day Two of the Seven Day Reset. Yesterday we interrupted autopilot. Today we identify what drives it. Your cannabis use is not random. It’s patterned. In today’s video, we break down: • Emotional triggers (what you’re feeling before you reach) • Environmental triggers (time, place, people, routine) • Habit loops (cue → routine → reward) Your only job today is to notice when and why you automatically reach. Open your journal and answer: “When do I most automatically reach for cannabis?” Be specific. Emotion > time of day. No judgment. Just awareness. Watch the video. Do the prompt. Comment “PATTERN” when complete. Tomorrow we go deeper — into the need behind the use.

Hi there, my name is Adam and I'm in the UK. Cannabis currently feels like something I turn to to escape from the way I'm feeling and at the same time I can feel really supported by it. I'm hoping to continue consuming Cannabis for its benefits but change the way I relate to it and consume in a more conscious balanced way. Using it for help with sleep, pain management, insight and creativity is what I'm working on right now.
7 Day Reset Intro
Welcome to Day One of your Seven Day Reset. This is where we shift from autopilot to awareness. For the next seven days, a new post will drop daily inside this group. Each day builds on the last one. Your only job is to follow the daily prompt, journal honestly, and apply it in real time. You don’t need to quit. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to participate. Day One starts with awareness before action. Let’s begin. Step 1: Set Your Intention Open your journal and write: “My intention for this seven day reset is…” Keep it to 1–2 sentences. Don’t overthink it. First honest answer. Step 2: Define What You Want Cannabis To Support Write: “When I consume, I want it to support…” Be real. Stress relief? Creativity? Sleep? Presence? Connection? Clarity creates control. Step 3: The 10-Second Pause (Your Regulation Practice) Before you consume today, pause and ask: 1. What am I feeling right now? 2. What do I actually need? 3. Is cannabis the best tool for this moment? 4. If I do consume, how much is intentional? That’s it. No overcomplication. Just awareness before action. Step 4: Track Your Pattern (Today Only) In your journal, log: • Time you consumed • What you were feeling before • Why you chose to consume • How you felt 30–60 minutes after No judgment. Just data. You are becoming a researcher of your own behavior. Your Only Job Today: Interrupt autopilot once. Even if you still consume. Pause first. Comment below when you’ve completed Day One with the word: AWARE Tomorrow, we go deeper. Let’s reset.

Looking forward to getting started on building a new relationship with a medicine that's helped me so much but I created a unbalanced relationship over time and now I'm really wanting to change that.
