VIRTUAL ANXIETY RESET SESSION Wednesday 8pm EST
To celebrate 1500 members we are hosting a free virtual anxiety reset this Wednesday 8pm. A lot of you have told me you’re dealing with: Anxiety Overthinking Tension in your chest Racing thoughts Feeling overwhelmed Not feeling in control of your mind or body So this every weej , I’m hosting something new: A private 20 minute guided breathwork experience designed to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more regulated the same day. This is not a class. It’s not a lecture. It’s a reset. A way to bring your nervous system back down so your mind stops spinning and your body can relax again. I’m keeping this session inside the Premium and VIP tiers so I can give more attention, structure, and real support to the members who want it. We’re planning something special for the Weed & Wellness community.
