• Emotional triggers (what you’re feeling before you reach)
• Environmental triggers (time, place, people, routine)
• Habit loops (cue → routine → reward)
Your only job today is to notice when and why you automatically reach.
Open your journal and answer:
“When do I most automatically reach for cannabis?”
Be specific.
Emotion > time of day.
No judgment.
Just awareness.
