What is the point of a knowledge base if the assistant doesn't retrieve from it? I have a KB built out for an SMS speed to lead to work as a website information widget about products. Test it out and it just comes up with random suggestions or brand names when asked about products Seems silly this basic feature doesn't work properly

Anyone know why i keep getting this error within the VOICE LAB

Hello Everyone, whenever i try to test (engage) our AI via the voice lab area, i get this "Error: No access token received" do we have anyone experiencing this and what can i do to get the voice lab working. Thank you in advance.

Anybody have a good setup to reduce the cost of premium webhooks? My bill from GHL was like $240 last month. Just curious what others are doing.
