What is the point of a knowledge base if the assistant doesn't retrieve from it? I have a KB built out for an SMS speed to lead to work as a website information widget about products.
Test it out and it just comes up with random suggestions or brand names when asked about products
Seems silly this basic feature doesn't work properly
