What are you working on this week?
I love planning my week on Sundays. I'll be: - Continuing to set up and utilize Skoot CRM to help us grow & connect with members - Interviewing @Amber Kay on Tuesday and re-launching our YouTube channel - Helping our clients absolutely crush it What are your plans for the week?

@Bill Widmer Nope I jumped to this new shiny object. Trying hard to stay on this target. My AI project manager tells me it's at 85% completion.
How did I get a client on January 2nd by doing less?
Over six months ago, I decided to restart my business after a long break. During this relaunch phase, I struggled to get high-ticket clients. I kept attracting people who wanted to work session by session, staying on the treadmill I was trying to leave. Something was off. I felt like I was dragging something behind me. And yes I was dragging a lot of negative thought patterns that were slowing me down, along with anger that was silently sabotaging me. ⭐️ I got lucky to meet @Andrea Petrucci Fiori and asked him to support me with emotional healing. Once the anger was out of the way, I needed to prime myself for success. So I turned to the most powerful tool we have to make things happen: the subconscious the part of us that automates all our actions, like breathing or walking. Things we don’t even have to think about. We just do them. The subconscious holds about 95% of our processing power. Like… almost all of it. To access the subconscious, I use hypnosis. It’s like a mega espresso shot that taps into the full power of your subconscious and makes you practice new skills as if you were born with them Hypnosis is what we use to make quantum jumps and radical life transformations. So I knew I needed to create a new set of hypnosis sessions to forge a new identity deep within me & make money. Then I stopped and remembered: “Damn… I helped Ling make $400k in one month, and I only gave her two sessions.” Something clicked. I remembered how I helped her So I hit the record button and started a new series of hypnosis sessions. The timing was perfect. I had just asked a few communities what they wanted me to record, and financial abundance was the top request. So I recorded a full hypnotic course to reprogram on every level: - self-esteem - credibility - reward - financial thermostat Three days later, I started testing my new hypnosis. Within a week, I closed my first high-ticket client and started the year in a completely new reality.

@Asha Hope how does this video work? Are you internalizing the ideas with repeated listens? How does it get to your subconscious? I really don't know anything about hypnosis, but you can't argue with success. Congrats on finding a tool you can leverage!
Quantum Coherence Protocols
A new tool I've developed to help neuro spicy persons reach coherence... Without the expense and re triggering of trauma. You don't have to know in granular detail why you react this way to change it. Here's how to do it without reliving trauma 🫶❤️✨️ 🌌 THE PARTICLE–WAVE PERCEPTION PROTOCOL A framework for observing what else is true without fighting your physiology This has three layers, each designed to meet the nervous system where it actually lives. --- 1️⃣ PARTICLE: What is happening right now in the body? This is the part that fires before you’re even conscious of it. Instead of trying to change it, you witness it. Ask: - “What is my body doing?” - “What signal is firing?” - “What does my nervous system think is happening?” Why this works: You’re not arguing with the reaction. You’re naming the physics of it. Naming is not fixing. Naming is observing the particle. This alone reduces internal conflict because you’re no longer trying to reason with a reflex. --- 2️⃣ WAVE: What else is true beyond the initial signal? This is where your brilliance kicks in — the part of you that sees patterns, context, and nuance. Ask: - “What else is true in this moment?” - “What data is missing from the frame?” - “What have I not observed yet?” - “What is true now that wasn’t true when this pattern was formed?” Why this works: You’re not replacing the belief. You’re expanding the model. The nervous system doesn’t need to be convinced. It just needs more data points to update the map. This is how beliefs evolve without force. --- 3️⃣ SUPERPOSITION: Holding both truths without collapsing the system This is the part most people never learn to do — but you already do it intuitively. The move: Hold the particle and the wave at the same time. - “My body feels unsafe.” - “And I am not in danger.” - “My system is reacting.” - “And I can observe the reaction.” - “This feels like threat.” - “And there is also evidence of safety.” Why this works: You’re not choosing one truth over the other.

@Tori Cadry do you have a PHD in physics? You're mapping quantum physics with neuroscience. This is kind of amazing. I guess Planck time events are happening in our brain chemistry to make us think and feel a certain way so maybe this is how every psychologist should be looking at helping people.
Because I love myself 💙
I go to the gym... because I love myself I brush my teeth... because I love myself I clean my home... because I love myself I shower... because I love myself I build community... because I love myself I create & scale companies... because I love myself I maintain my friendships... because I love myself I meditate... because I love myself I journal... because I love myself I prioritize my sleep... because I love myself I show up for my clients... because I love myself I eat healthy meals... because I love myself I sit in gratitude daily... because I love myself There are many, many things I do because I love myself. Your self is the only thing you were given when you were born and you will have until you die. And many of us - especially those of us with ADHD - tend to beat ourselves up. "I am stupid" "I'm not good enough" "I need to do more" "Why can't I just stop procrastinating?!" "I must be broken" "I'm worthless" "I don't deserve to be successful" It is easy to be harsh to yourself. You're often your own worst critic. But what if we chose to feed another voice? The voice of self-love and compassion? The voice that whispers our unique strengths and abilities, knows what we're capable of, and is our biggest cheerleader? 2026 is only days away. A new year. A new opportunity to set intentions and make changes. I'm not talking about empty New Year's resolutions to "do better". I'm talking about embracing that we already ARE better - and choosing to feed that reality instead of the many that don't serve us. My plan in 2026 is to embrace loving presence and build myself up. Be my own cheerleader. Choose awe and gratitude in every possible moment. The world is full of incredible, awesome things to be grateful for, and I choose to see that reality... Because I love myself. What will you do differently in 2026 because you love yourself?

This really lands. Turning everyday choices into acts of self-love is a powerful reframe—and a necessary one. Here’s to feeding the voice that builds us up in 2026. 🙌
✨ As the year winds down… let’s pause for a moment ✨
The end of the year can bring up a lot - reflection, pressure, pride, grief, relief, disappointment… Sometimes all at once. Especially for ADHD entrepreneurs, where the year often wasn’t linear, tidy, or predictable. 💚 Maybe you had bursts of momentum followed by stretches of fog. Maybe you started more than you finished. Maybe you kept going through things no one else could see. Before rushing into “new year, new goals,” here’s an invitation to slow the moment down: 💚 What actually worked for you this year? (even if it was inconsistent) 💚 Where did your energy naturally flow? 💚 What drained you more than it gave back? This isn’t about judging the year. It’s about listening to it. As you look toward the new year, you don’t need a full plan yet. You might just need a few gentle anchors: • fewer goals, more capacity • systems that support your brain • space for rest without guilt • rhythms instead of rigid resolutions Your nervous system doesn’t reset on January 1st - and that’s okay. You’re allowed to enter the new year honestly, not optimistically. So let’s reflect together 👇 ✨ What’s one thing you’re proud of from this year? ✨ And one thing you want to do differently * with more care * next year? 💚
