Try this:š Put one hand on your chest, one on your belly... āš¤ Donāt change anything. Just notice and wait. What happens to your breathing? š« What do you feel? When your body breathes deeper, sighs or yawns... that is your nervous system shifting into Rest & Digest... all by itself. You don't have to do "Breathwork"... š« your breath will do the work for you, if you just pause, listen and wait.
