Don’t change anything. Just notice and wait.
What happens to your breathing? 🫁
What do you feel?
When your body breathes deeper, sighs or yawns... that is your nervous system shifting into Rest & Digest... all by itself.
You don't have to do "Breathwork"... 🫁
your breath will do the work for you,
if you just pause, listen and wait.
