Where it all began, huh!? Aside from mowing lawns before I was old enough to have a W2 paying job - I flipped burgers in a small, locally owned restaurant in Gun Barrel City, Texas. It's now a popular laketown, but 30+ years ago I was sweating over a hot iron flat top making fresh burgers for local fishermen and the occasional pro athlete that enjoyed getting away in our little town.
