Some fragrances that are specifically for fall and winter. And not mainstream would be great 👍
I need suggestions
Good afternoon gentlemen, As we all know fall is here and with that comes an array of seasonal obligations and change in weather, so much that happens during this time of year. So being new to this environment of fragrances. I ask some of you seasoned veterans, what is your fall / winter signature fragrances? And what is your favorite holiday function fragrance? Many of us are new to the fragrance world, as for me and so many others, there is a whole new world that was added to our five senses when it came to fragrances. So if you don’t mind help us new novelists in this community with some ideas so we do not walk into holiday gatherings smelling like we came out of a gym or fell into the display at Macys or Ulta and broke every vial on display.

Good day Anthony, For what it's worth...Fall and winter I think are when fragrances really flex, this is sweater-weather for your nose. The cozy spices and warm woods that make people lean in instead of back away. Burberry London is basically Christmas in a bottle, YSL La Nuit de L’Homme is smooth date-night energy, and Tom Ford Noir Extreme feels like you smuggled dessert into the party. If you want classy and versatile, Givenchy Gentleman EDP nails it, and for a hidden gem, Rochas Man is like a holiday latte on skin. The goal? Smell like the season itself, not like you tripped into a Macy’s sample counter.

@Anthony Buntyn Ah, a true gentleman! Always glad to know I’m not throwing texts into the void. If even one person cracks a smile or walks away with a little nugget of wisdom, then I’d say that’s mission accomplished.
What is the base of who you are?
Good morning gentlemen, So the question of the day if you were to create a fragrance of yourself, what would your notes be to recreate you? What would be your base, your middle, and your top notes? And what you call it? And how would you describe it? This should be fun!

Wow this honestly took some time. Fabulous question so thought provoking. Top Notes Black pepper & smoky incense: for that intimidating, mysterious aura. Grapefruit zest: a sharp, unexpected brightness that hints at my eloquence and friendliness once people approach. Middle Notes Leather & tobacco flower: rebellious, bold, tied to my love for motorcycles and retro machines. Spiced clove & oud: adventurous, independent, and unafraid to bend rules. A touch of rose: kindnessand thoughtfulness beneath the tough exterior. Base Notes Sandalwood & patchouli: grounding, resilient, timeless. Amber & musk: warmth for those who earn my kindness. A metallic undertone not sure the fragrancefor this...a nod to machinery and grit, something raw and industrial. Name: Velvet Steel
You have one shot!
Good morning gentlemen, So here is the question of the day. You are up for a big promotion and closing on a major project. Now part of this is you have to attend a board meeting in the morning and a dinner in the evening. What would be your total outfit for both occasions you can wear two different outfits. I mean from your clothes, to your watch, and cologne. What is your go to win win combo for each event. Let’s go! Give us your got to close the deal. Now it can be in your current field of work so it does not have to be a tuxedo you are a farmer. What is your goto power suit of armor that you know would get the job done.

Interesting topic. Needed some time to think. Boardroom (AM): I roll in rocking a dark charcoal suit so sharp it could cut glass. The Germans don’t do ties. ( as that is where my promotion will be) A light blue shirt and loud pocket square. Add cufflinks that scream, “I don’t just sign contracts, I autograph history,” and yes a fedora. Not because it’s needed, but because nothing says promotion material like a man who accessorizes like he’s auditioning for a mobster biopic. Cologne? Jean Paul. Not too loud, not too shy, just enough to make the board lean in and think, Is that competence I smell, or destiny? Dinner (PM): Now it’s time to let charisma pay the bill. Same charcoal suit, lose the jacket and now the top buttons are undone, because negotiations are over, and seduction (of ideas, bread baskets, and possibly dessert menus) has begun. I switch to Stronger With You cologne because it whispers confidence; and, “I just love it” At this point, I’m not just closing deals, I’m closing the evening like Sinatra leaving the stag

@Anthony Buntyn cheers. Now you're making me blush.
What an Honor
I am happy to haven been notified that I have reached level 7 in this community. The reaching to this level is awesome but the best part is the knowledge and friendship I gained in this community is priceless. I now walk into a store to the fragrance section with the confidence and knowledge of what I want and what I am interested in. I remember just going in and buying whatever was on the shelf, not knowing or even thinking about what the fragrance would be good in what environment, or the season to wear a particular fragrance. I can recall putting some on then wandering why it smelled different later not knowing about notes. Just figured what you put on was supposed to stay that same scent. Now I have learned how to identify the notes and different fragrances.( stil in the learning process). But I now have a better appreciation and understanding. So thank you all.
