I would add maybe a couple more "Apply Now" buttons throughout the page. You can change the copy to give variety and connected to the rest of the page. i.e. "Click here to start yourJourney" "Ready to move forward, apply here"

It's a lot to manage. A few ideas, 1) having it part of the membership as an upgrade of some sort. Such as premium members name included in weekly drawing for a 24 hour pinned post. Can only be picked once per year). To get more entries, reach certain levels or upgrade 2) 1 time purchase to be community sponsor (with different tiers) that includes various features such as X amount of pinned posts over the next year. And I would start that at least a couple hundred dollars. These people can have a pinned post and you can create a monthly community sponsor post where you pin and put in ALL the sponsors. Low tier has just their business mentioned. High Tier has featured text and video with the post. I'm just thinking of things to make it easier to manage and as well as get more value for the member. Having a single pinned post for 48 hours isn't really going to move the needle for anyone. But if you did offer this A La Carte option.. bump up the price! $25 or more But then counter better value of having 12 pinned posts (1 a month) over the year for $200 OTP ($16.66/ post). Then another $300 OTP for 24 posts (2 a month) over the year. Which comes to $12.50/post. LOTS of ways to play with the numbers, but for people who are serious about long term growth (me and others) would much rather pay $300 for 24 posts over a year than a couple $25 posts. BTW, if you can't tell... I love money models, pricing, and offers. :) That's Doing Business Right! DBR
