ANNOUNCEMENT: Community Pause
Hi Team This community will be paused until further notice. There are a few readjustments I need to make in the overall structure of the business before I can really focus on delivering as much value as possible to you. I am working hard to deliver a few tours this year and figuring out exactly what people want from this Travel Minded Mental Fitness Community. I will be honest with you, personally my mental health is not doing well right now. I am struggling on the inside massively. I am fighting just to keep myself above water mentally and emotionally and having this internal pressure to deliver value to as many people as possible is having a negative impact. I want to be healthy for myself so I can help you all be healthy too. I really want to get to a place where we are hosting affordable but impactful in person and online events for everyone but I believe that can only really happen and be effective when I am full time on the business and no longer working for someone else. I would recommend you stay within the community if you: 1. Believe in my mission 2. Align to the values of helping people overcome mental health challenges 3. Want free lifetime membership (when I resume the community there will be a monthly subscription fee) 4. Want to achieve your dreams and help others achieve theirs too! 5. Want to have a future role in building Just Another Moment to be an amazing business (I am looking for (a) business partner (b) business partners 6. You want to make a positive change in the world of mental health. 7. You want to travel the world with amazing people. To note: - Bosnia on the 7th August 2025 will still be available for purchase (I am attending) - Tanzania on the 3rd September will still be going ahead (collaborating with Fucketlister community) - Tanzania on the 26th December / 4th January will still be going ahead. A tough yet wise decision @Arthur Maddocks-Brown. I hope you feel lighter for having made it. The community will be here for you when / if you decide coming back is the best decision. I feel like a lot of founders do that. Now is time to look after YOU!
Sunday Funday but on a MONDAY????
Welcome back amazing JAMMIES!!! So a few updates... I was a away the last few days, On thursday I knocked myself out at work. I am okay, no injuries, other than a bit of confusion and a cut on my head. Then on Friday - Sunday evening I was away on a 2 day workshop which meant hising the phones and being really present. So I do apologise. I am trying hard to balance out the full time job and the business and of course the community. There will be more balance soon. But todays would you rather.... Be exactly who you are today without any life challenges but no growth or Grow into someone that faces challenges everyday, sometimes wins and sometimes loses but untimately grows into a better and stronger, perhaps even the best sense of self. I would love to know!

My biggest learnings have come from my biggest challenges - although some of them I'd certainly rather have not had to face. Over all, I hate the thought of zero growth. I am finding too, through challenge - be it loss, financial hardship, health challenges - whatever it may be - this is where we can truly develop a deeper empathy for other people and what they are facing.

So I was thinking, Just Another Moment is all about moments. Good ones, bad ones, great ones, sad ones, big ones and small ones. Simply, life is Just Another Moment. I want to see your memorable moments. The moments that you remember if they’re good bad, small of big, whatever moment that stuck with you where you have a photo! Upload it here and put a little story with it! I’ve added a few as examples! 1: Morocco on the first Just Another Moment tour with my business partner at the time. Proud to be hosting the first Just Another Moment Tour! 2: On the actually season 5 prison break bud where Michael Schofield sat!! Just a fanboy moment. 3: in Rwanda, after stopping off at a local village for lunch, we quickly were welcomed to stay longer, go on a hike with the kids, visit the town guides with a villiage elder and sit on a hill with the sunset. Simple and easy life put so much into perspective for me! 4: after a hike up Kotor Fortress in Montenegro with my girlfriend at the time we stopped off here to get some cute photos. It reminds me to keep the good people close

Nice idea @Arthur Maddocks-Brown ! This moment is Covid 2020 when I escaped my tiny flat in Sydney NSW, to flee to Noosa QLD, (where my mum and dad lived) hours before the borders closed. It was to become 12 weeks in Noosa living with mum and dad. I felt at the time it was special. I had no idea how special. The next year, mum - my number one person, died suddenly. I treasure this pic of her and I on Noosa river, taken by dad. I hate the way I look and I LOVE the way she is looking at me. The way she always looked at me.

LOVE journaling for clarity, focus, calm, gratitude, problem solving and so much more. It is genuinely my most impactful high value habit. Some days just a couple of words and an "I am...." identity belief based statement that helps me stay on track, however those days when I get 30+ minutes to just dig in - super powerful.
