Introduction
Hey legends. My name is Jordon, I’m 30 years old and a carpenter from south Sydney. I’ve started my journey to overall better my life mainly focussing on my physical health at the moment. A few of my goals are to get into a routine that’s focussed on gym and getting myself moving more, I’m starting running for the first time and would love to take part in the next “sutho to surf” so any running tips for beginners would be appreciated massively. I’ve come across this community at the perfect time in my journey and I’m excited to follow the guidelines and keep myself accountable. Cheers!

Intro
Hi everyone :) I’m 21 and have joined this community to help me stay consistent. 8 months ago, I realised I needed to change my habits, the people I surround myself with, and my mentality, to live a life and be a person I could be proud of and confident in. Since then my life has changed and improved in ways 8 months ago I could’ve never dreamed of. I started going to the gym consistently with the goal of gaining healthy muscle mass, committed to finishing my Honours year in Uni, changed who I surrounded myself with to share the right mentality, improved my relationships with those close to me and landed my dream graduate job. Looking back now I can’t believe I hadn’t put my mentality and my health first until so recently. My goal is simple now, to stay consistent and see progress, continue to actively build a foundation in my life that is built on integrity and self-worth, and continue to learn and improve my lifestyle accordingly, and from what I’ve seen so far I believe this community is a great way to do so and I can’t wait to see what being part of it holds! 🙏🏻
