Reflection questions to identify the “known” and move intentionally toward the “desired unknown”
@Lynne Taillefer, on April 8th call you mentioned posting a list of questions. I don't see them here on Club Thrive TV by searching your name. Can you please direct me to them?

@Yulia Azriel Pleasure, have these questions been helpful for you?
Tongue curiosity
All right this post is a bit of a stretch for me to share this sort of gross photo, but I have been eating a very clean diet for the last 30 days and I’m about to start our detox. I know that the tongue is an indicator of toxicity, and that cracks and bumps and wrinkles have meaning, Can anyone help me explain what this tongue is saying? It feels tender, maybe I am tongue scraping too aggressively. @Lynne Taillefer @Valerie Hwang Beck

Great converstaion-I would also add to what Val shared. When doing a detox or cleaner diet can bring up to the surface that undigested foods (AMA)/White coating on the tongue. The coating can be present for a while, especially if the digestion is slow and sluggish and that the undigested stuff is found in fats, even though it might be sublte, it can take some time or a few detoxes to pull out the excess. Fanning, igniting the digestive fire is key element during detoxing.
Histimine intolerance - from the 10/11/24 live call - some info
@Flora Sanchez I heard you bring this up on Lynne's call. But I didn't hear an actual question. Can you post that? I have some info: Probiotic Choices: While fermented foods are beneficial for gut health, their high histamine content makes them unsuitable for histamine-sensitive individuals. Instead, choose specific probiotic strains that have low histamine-producing potential, such as Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Bifidobacterium infantis. A liver cleanse may be the most effective approach to overcome it all together. If a person is pitta dosha, lower percentages of fermented or cultured foods is key. Like only 5% compared to 15% of diet and tuning inward to notice when the body needs to skip fermented a day or two. It takes a bit more creative effort to incorporate microbiome foods while balancing an imbalance.

@Sarah Adams Pyne Fantastic that you are noticing these changes. These are moments to remember if ever we take a step back and things are a bit harder. Congrats! You are very optimistic.

@Brenda Green Love that idea of doing and audio and trashing it. Great suggestion!
