Tongue curiosity
All right this post is a bit of a stretch for me to share this sort of gross photo, but I have been eating a very clean diet for the last 30 days and I’m about to start our detox. I know that the tongue is an indicator of toxicity, and that cracks and bumps and wrinkles have meaning, Can anyone help me explain what this tongue is saying? It feels tender, maybe I am tongue scraping too aggressively.
