Live class schedule change
I must escort my lovely wife to do more action movie filming up in Rhode Island. I will be traveling during the normal Saturday evening class so I am moving it a day earlier. It will be tomorrow, Friday evening at 8pm. Sat morning class is on as usual. See you there 👊❤️

I love training so much that I don’t care what time it’s at. I usually do a 10 AM class but have been doing a 2 hour session (class then sparring) Monday nights from 6-8 pm Which I like because I have something to look forward to all day long. There is a 6 am sparring class I go to sometimes on Fridays. It’s rough to get to but always feels great after class starting the day.
