🎄 A Quiet Christmas Drop
Since things slow down this week, I figured I’d share something practical - no pitch, no pressure. This is the exact campaign structure I use across almost every outbound setup, including the ones scaling toward 10,000 emails/day. Nothing fancy. Just what consistently works. Follow-ups (this is where most people mess up) Based on real data, most conversions happen after 3-5 touchpoints over 2-3 weeks. Not: • 2 emails in 12 days • 10 emails in 5 days The sequence that keeps showing up across industries looks like this: Email 1: Text only. No links. No tracking. Emails 2-5: Short follow-ups. One link max. Timing: Business hours in the prospect’s timezone. That’s it. This simple structure runs behind almost every campaign I launch. Reply management (equally important) I stick to three rules here: • Don’t forward replies to another inbox - it hurts deliverability • Use saved snippets to reply fast (speed matters more than perfection) • Tag interested leads immediately (tools like Instantly handle this well) And one thing I learned the hard way: set all of this up early. Trying to organize replies after volume ramps up gets messy fast. Christmas week is a good time to clean this up - before January traffic hits. Comment “Insiders” if you want to go deeper on similar actionable strategies while things are quiet.

The Non-Negotiable Tools in My Stack
If I had to rebuild everything tomorrow, these two tools would definitely make the cut. Most of the leverage comes from tool decisions made early - especially CRM and outbound. Once those two are right, everything else compounds. When they’re wrong, teams spend months duct-taping workflows together. After testing dozens of platforms over the years, only two tools have survived every scale phase we’ve gone through. 1) CRM: GoHighLevel GoHighLevel works because it reduces surface area. Instead of juggling: • Scheduling • Forms • Funnels • Automations • Client reporting …it centralizes everything in one environment. Fewer handoffs. Fewer failures. Easier scaling across teams and clients. This is why most serious agencies eventually converge on GHL - not because it’s flashy, but because it’s stable under pressure. 2) Cold Email: Instantly Outbound lives or dies by deliverability and iteration speed. Instantly wins here because: • It’s built for multi-inbox scaling • Warmup is native, not bolted on • Personalization workflows are practical • Product velocity is miles ahead of competitors Most tools try to look innovative. Instantly actually ships. You don’t need more tools. You need fewer tools that don’t break when volume increases. That’s the difference between systems that look good in demos and systems that survive real usage. Comment “Stack” if you want to see a full list of the tools I use to run my companies.

Insider Program Questions
This is my current state: Booking 5-10 calls every month, via LinkedIn and cold emails. I have never gone through any course regarding cold emails. I was able to come to 5-10 calls per month purely from trail and error. But this isn’t sustainable, becz not all 10 calls I books are qualified. And I am unable to pull consistent income or calls per month. I have got money for the insider program, but that’s every dollar I have. Question is: would the insider program help me to go from a 5 calls per month to 25 calls per month? Do you guys provide step by step VIDEO GUIDANCE on how to approach and planning campaigns? I need you guys HONEST OPINION. Would prefer responses From people in the program.

Hey Afzal, Insiders is a no brainer and one stop shop if you want to be on top of the game... I love that we're always kept updated on the latest tools!!! You follow the steps, put in the work and watch how your business grows!!! 🔥
The tool that saved my cold email deliverability (50% off inside)
My emails were landing in spam constantly. One week I'd get great open rates. Next week? Complete silence. I kept tweaking my copy, changing subject lines, testing send times. Nothing worked. Then I realized: the problem wasn't my copy. It was my deliverability. Most people running cold email obsess over messaging while their domain reputation tanks. That's when I started using Warmy for my primary domains. What it does: → Monitors inbox placement daily → Keeps domains off blacklists → Trains ESPs that your emails are valuable → Real-time deliverability tracking 90 days later: 98% inbox placement. Consistently. I use Instantly's free warmup for my cold email domains (works great for that). But for primary domains I actually care about? Warmy is worth every penny. The difference? Warmy keeps their warm-up pool squeaky clean. Most cheap tools use low-quality IPs that actually hurt your deliverability. If your emails are disappearing into spam, you need to fix deliverability before anything else matters. Comment "Warmy" below and I'll send you: - Link to Warmy - Discount code for 50% off This is the tool I recommend for anyone serious about cold email.

🚫 Stop Sending DMs That Reek of Desperation
(Steal This Cold Message That Actually Got a Reply) 95% of DMs being sent right now? 💩 They read like a Fiverr VA copy-pasted it from a 2021 YouTube tutorial. You know the ones… ❌ “Hey [First Name], I help busy founders scale to 6-figures using my proven 3-step system…” ❌ “Quick question for you... 👀” ❌ “I saw your profile and thought we might be a great fit!” If you’ve ever sent one of those, this is your intervention. Because you’re not just being ignored—you’re being categorized. 🧠 As forgettable. 🗑️ As background noise. 📉 As someone not worth replying to. 🧠 How I Flipped It, just like @Jay Feldman teaches. Instead of ignoring a guy who’d been DM'ing me like an amnesiac AI… And this guy is a fairly well established influencer with a sizable IG YT & Skool Community. I sent this: Not gonna lie --> you’ve hit me with more “Hey Ian”s & "How's Biz?" than an MLM recruiter w/ amnesia 😂 Figured I’d wait to reply until I had something worth showing. In the last 3 months 56 new customers. $72,408 in revenue. 9 churned. {SCREENSHOT PROOF} All from a similar offer and audience size to yours. Not saying you're leaving money on the table... But if you are, your weak ass DM game is probably why. ✌️☮️ Guess what happens next? 👀 He replied instantly. Then booked a call. 🧨 Why It Worked ✅ Pattern interrupt – Casual. Funny. Not trying to sell. ✅ Leads with proof – No bait. Just data. ✅ Curiosity over pitch – Hints at the gap without bragging. ✅ Reverses the dynamic – He chased me. 💥 Want to Stop Getting Ghosted? Here’s the formula: Open with a jab – playful, honest, bold Drop results – numbers > adjectives Create curiosity – no neediness, just a window Position yourself as the shortcut – without pitching Shut up and let them ask Comment “SLAP” and get the DM Masterclass that’s booked me calls with people way outside my “lane.” No more spam. No more guessing. No more sounding like someone’s virtual assistant. 🧠 You’re either pattern-interrupting…
