The cold email sequence you write at hour 3 of a Claude session is worse than the one you wrote at hour 1.
Most people never notice. Every prompt goes into one bucket. Every sequence drafted. Every subject line tested. Every revision made. When that bucket fills up, the model starts cutting corners. Generic output. Forgotten instructions. Copy that feels like it was written on autopilot. There is a name for it: context rot. Two tools built specifically to fix it. Went straight to GitHub. Checked every fork. Found the dominant versions by star count. GSD: 65,000 stars. Oh My Claudecode: 37,000. 102,000 combined. Almost nobody in this community is using either. I had both installed before dinner. GSD structures what goes into Claude's context at each stage of your project. Instead of flooding the window with everything, it feeds Claude exactly what it needs, when it needs it. One command installs 68 global skills that activate automatically. Oh My Claudecode handles multi-agent orchestration. You describe the task. It splits the work across specialized agents and runs them in parallel. Automatically. Both free. Both open source. GSD: npx get-shit-done-cc@latest Oh My Claudecode: /plugin marketplace add https://github.com/Yeachan-Heo/oh-my-claudecode Jay built this community around test-iterate-improve. Most people apply that to sequences and subject lines. Almost nobody applies it to the AI layer itself. You have already felt the drop in quality on longer sessions. Now you have a name for it. And a fix. Ian Kirk

@Sabiha Sabi Shammi appreciate it. are you already feeling the drop-off on longer sessions or is this new to you?

@George Williams appreciate that. session handoff skill is a smart way around it. is it triggered manually when you feel the drop, or on a timer?
$450 a month for a machine that had never sent one email
That is what 100 mailboxes and an Instantly account run you. Mine sat there for nine months and never sent a single email. I was not confused about how it worked. I sold this system for nine months. Two hundred grand, over 100 people into the program. I watched it work for other people every week. I was just too busy to point it at anyone. Then I finally sat down and did it. Wrote the emails. Verified the list. Sent the campaign off an old database that got called garbage. It built me $1K MRR. There is no clean starting point. There is the list you already have and one weekend of actually doing the work. And if you cannot find that weekend, that is exactly why I am posting this. While Jay is on vacation, me and the senior build team will take the entire thing over for you. Emails, list, sequences, sending. Built to LeadGenJay standards and running by next week. If cold email works in your industry with your offer, and yours just is not moving, we will make it move. What if you outsourced the whole thing and it actually started getting you one qualified booked call every day? What would that change about your business? ๐Ÿ‘‡ In the comments: what you sell, what you have set up so far, and what has actually stopped you from sending. I am reading every one of them this weekend, and we are picking who we take on. Ian Kirk

@Evans House that would be a Skool platform thing not a LeadGenJay thing. Skool is just notifying you that there's a post in a community that you're a part of.

@George Williams there is also this magic solution of outsourcing. I do it all the time to the geniuses that are on Jay's team.
I built an AI coach to review my own sales calls. It found something I didn't want to see.
You cannot see yourself on a call. You feel like you're doing the right things. The frame feels solid. The questions feel sharp. The close feels close. And then they go quiet and you don't know why. I built a coach to fix that. Not because I'm a developer. I'm not. Because I was losing deals I should have closed and I couldn't figure out where they were going. I built Call Reflekt Coach. After every call, I drop in the transcript. It breaks down exactly where I lost the frame. Where I pitched too early. Where I let the prospect lead me somewhere I shouldn't have gone. Then it writes a coaching note and a follow-up email. It is like having a coach in the room who is never tired and never polite about what went wrong. Here is what I found in the first month: I was giving away authority in the first four minutes of almost every call. Small things. Letting them redirect. Answering questions before I'd established the frame. Sounding helpful when I should have sounded certain. The coach caught it every time. If you are closing leads from cold email and you're not reviewing your calls with AI, you are leaving money on the table. You just don't know exactly where it's going yet. That is the part worth fixing. Ian Kirk

@Muhammad Haris Zafar the blank page problem is the right thing to aim at. Most people do not stall because they are short on tactics, they stall because the first line has no obvious starting point. The harder part with cold email is the feedback delay. You find out you were wrong weeks later. A call tells you in real time, which is why the same idea is easier to build on that side. Is ColdCraft scoring sequences you already sent, or writing them from scratch?

@Jacob Greek no I didn't post it on GitHub
How I've Leveled UP in 20 Days ๐Ÿ“ˆ.... and Got a Flame ๐Ÿ”ฅ
I became a member of this community in November and have really got a lot of value out of the Classroom Course Modules and remembering to โœ… the ones I completed to stay on track. I think one of the best Modules has been "Business Advise" that UNLOCKS at Level 2. How did I get access? How did I Level UP to Level 2? By simply searching the community with KEYWORDS for answers to my questions in the search bar at the top. I was able to find post where people where answering those exact questions. I LIKED ๐Ÿ‘ the ones that helped me and asked for clarification in the Comments๐Ÿ’ฌ to make sure I understood correctly..... Not only did I learn faster, but I also connected with other people who are on the same journey. I'd like to share a quote: "If you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far go together." -Burkina Faso We can all help each other in this Community accomplish each of our goals in 2025. I encourage you to try out what I described above and let me know how it goes for you below in the Comments ๐Ÿ‘‡

@Karthikeya Thallapally can you answer the question? ? Whatโ€™s prevented you from reaching out to an EXPERT like @Jay Feldman to solve this?

@Karen Karila getting the business on track is usually less about learning more and more about picking one channel and running it long enough to get real data back. What does client acquisition look like for you right now?
You Think Investing Costs? Try Not Investing.
A founder DMโ€™d me yesterday. He was stuck. Overwhelmed. Said this: โ€œI want to do this, but I just donโ€™t have the money.โ€ Totally fair. But let me ask you somethingโ€ฆ If you had a leaky pipe flooding your house, would you say: โ€œLet me wait until I can afford a plumberโ€ฆโ€ Of course not. Because every minute you wait, the damage multiplies. Your business is the same. Every week without a system means: โ€ข No leverage โ€ข No lead flow โ€ข More lost money than youโ€™re trying to โ€œsaveโ€ ๐Ÿ“‰ The cost of waiting will always be higher than the cost of action. So which one are you? ๐Ÿฉน A) Keep the leak going until โ€œyou can afford helpโ€ ๐Ÿ’ฐ B) Stop the bleeding and start the flow today
