TractIQ?
Hey Everyone, does anyone have experience with TractIQ and how their data compares to crexi or other data sites out there?

Hello, @Brent Mackin - I have run through a demo of their product in the past (more than a year ago), and I found their data to be "ok". I think they continue to build a great product, they are partnered with Cactus and feed their data into that product. My .02 - worth looking into to... I don't know the current pricing, but Crexi is about $250-$300 per month, and you get 500 record downloads a month - not sure what TractIQ offers. Please share here what you learn, whats included, and pricing if you don't mind.
