Question.
I am leading a 2-week cleanse and scheduled 5 live calls. I had people for the first 3 calls. The 4th call was a no-show. My inclination is to not bring attention to the no-show scheduled meeting. I have one more call scheduled on the last day of the cleanse. I hope to get some of them there. Any advice on how to get them to join in on my last call? @Cate Stillman @Lynn Beck @Samantha Moe @Carman Murray @Nina Pullella @Nina Saacks

@Lynn Beck that’s a great question. I do email out regular reminders the day before each call and sometimes half an hour before the call. I’m still experimenting to see which works best. If you have a small group would creating a WhatsApp group be something your members would use and be an easy option for you to send reminders? I think it’s a lot to do with experimenting and seeing what works best for your clients.

I'd be open to doing a monthly 30 minute Yoga Nidra (and continuing to support with Habit Coaching where needed). My challenge is timezone differences, making it really challenging to fit it into my current "farm-travel" lifestyle. 😬

@Darlene Fermaint this is absolutely fantastic. Well done! It seriously makes me want to step in and work with you. I love the clarity and clear explanations you give. Plus I really enjoy the natural ease you portrayed in front of the camera, it felt like you were speak directly to me. Some things to maybe consider: possibly tune down the music just a notch if it's not too difficult to do. You've got such a beautiful, gentle (but confident), calming voice that I feel the music competes a little with yours. With regards to closed captions, I think it depends on which platform you use it on. So it may be useful to save 2 options, one with and one without. Generally, on YouTube, captions seem to get included automatically now a days, so it may not be necessary. But at other times if might be helpful for the viewer to read along. Great job Darlene! I'm inspired to start working on mine now!

It's been a whirlwind of a year and being able to checkin with @Manam Shaikh every week is helping me get clarity, structure and direction back into my Club. Thank you Manam for all your insight, gentle guidance and nudges to forward to take action and help me grow my club. And to step up to the plate as well!
