Building Momentum and Using it!
I had a really good coaching call with my Club this morning and I left feeling positive and aligned with this work. It was a good reminder: when energy is high, that’s the time to do the hard things. So instead of taking action on the easy stuff, I checked my tracker. Recording workflows, and starting a VSL were on the to-do list. And instead of overthinking, I just started. 1 Small step. No pressure to finish. Just taking action in the right direction. Not after every coaching session do I feel expansive. But every session teaches us something. And when the energy is there, we get to use it intentionally, to build momentum, not just feel inspired. That's when it's really helpful to get started on the hard things! What's the one thing you’ve been avoiding and can you take the smallest step to begin. Sometimes all we need is a 2 minute timer to get us going. What's it for you?

How did it go? Sorry I wasn't able to join.
Is your sleep undermining your ability to run your club?
Is your sleep quietly undermining your ability to run your club? So good to see some of you on the Early to Bed call on Monday with @Nina Saacks and me 💛How has your week been since? From here on out, this is where you’ll find us — leading the Club Thrive habit calls on the first and third Monday of each month. We’re genuinely excited to step into this role and support you in building the rhythms that let you show up fully… in your life and in your club. Here’s why this matters. As coaches (and especially as club builders), it’s easy — almost normal — to put our own habits on the back burner while we “get things off the ground.” We hustle. We push. We tell ourselves we’ll circle back to sleep, food, and nervous system care later. And yet… those are the very things that make it possible to: - take brave action - have sales conversations - lean into our edges - connect, network, and build real momentum The “boots-on-the-ground, ignore-my-body” approach usually backfires. Quietly at first. Then loudly. I’ve lived this. When I neglected my sleep, my energy dropped, my motivation faded, and the work I loved started to feel heavy. That’s not a personal failure — it’s physiology. And the good news? You get to write a different story. These habit calls are an invitation to build your business from a regulated, resourced body — one small, doable habit at a time. So come play with us. Join us on the first and third Mondays as we work with the habits that support and sustain the club you’re here to build. I’m here for you. Bring your questions to the calls, and feel free to message me anytime if you need support — with habits or with the WPA side of things. Your mind will isolate you and tell you to go it alone...don't listen, come and connect with your community. :o) @Nina Pullella @Lisa Myers @Amy Glasser @Britt Vanderhoof @Cheyenne Carter @Daniel Boarman @Yael Bernstein @Angie Walker @Cristina Davies @Paloma Castro @Sandy Chapman @Darlene Fermaint @Dina Mukhamadieva @Cristina Davies @Keerti Dwivedi @Elizabeth Stauder @Jessica Emich @Laura Erickson @Rachel Eastwood @Tarna Fuller @Patrick Garlinger @Haylee Hickman @Heather Stewart, MS, LMT @Valerie Hwang Beck @Jacalyn Prete @Jennifer White @Jessica Emich @Jessica Robinson @Karthik Jay @Meghann Jacobs @Kavita Kat Macmillan @Rajeshwari Kantamneni @Leslee McCoy @Lisa Strylowski @Lynn Beck @Marie Weitbrecht @Paula Pister @Sal ㅤ @Sandy Chapman @Tamanna Zahan @Virginia White @

@Cristina Davies Me too... I've been there more times that I'd like to admit. Now I'm doing my best to put my habits first. Small steps, tiny shifts, but the attention is here again with consistency.

@Valerie Hwang Beck I hear you... you've had a big year and lots of growth and change and probably lots of mental excitement and busy-ness. I often remind myself that I'm going through different seasons in my life/ year and that those times are necessary to move things in a direction. Now I find myself in a slower, more reflective season. It's helpful to acknowledge that it's time to shift from one state of being to the next...Good luck with getting deep rest back into your system. We're all here for you! x
Post-partum Question + Ayurveda
I have a client who's 3 weeks postpartum and everything is going fairly well. However, she is concerned about gas and bloating that may cause colic for the little one. Apart from the basics, reduce beans, pulses, cruciferous veggies (which she's already doing), are there any other Ayurvedic nutritional tips I can suggest. She's been really good with keeping to the postpartum rice pudding and having warm, liquid, spiced foods. Thanks x

@Rajeshwari Kantamneni Thanks for the feedback and suggestion. I will pass it on to her and ask if she needs a video as she's already doing a little massage already. However, once you get back from travelling and you find the video, please do post it here as it might help someone else in the future who may have a similar question. Thanks so much, really appreciate it 🙏🏽
Live in the Moment… and Pause to Review the Past
I love the simple insights and reminders I gain when I coach my club members. Today’s session was a good reminder (and practice) that before we design the future, we need to pause and look back. Three things that stood out: 1. Looking back gives insights. We (okay, let's me honest, I) often rush into planning what’s next without taking time to notice what actually worked, what shifted us, and what my body has already learned. Reflection is how we integrate wisdom and lessons learned. 2. Honesty isn't easy, but reveals more. Noticing what drained us, what felt harder than it should have, and where we settled isn’t about judgement. It’s about telling ourselves the truth so something new can emerge. 3. Long-term rhythm REALLY matters. Real change rarely happens in short bursts. When things get uncomfortable, it’s easy to give up. Having a longer-term container, practice, or vision supports us through the messy middle (and why I really love the club model. A member who has nearly reached her 1 year anniversary shared how grateful she was for the journey and what "sticking with it" for the year enabled her to see) this is where most transformation actually happens. My take-into 2026: Growth isn't about doing more, it's about listening more deeply and committing longterm to that desire/ goal.

@Lynn Beck On a personal level... how much I LOVE strength training and how awesome my body feels when I do this a couple of times a week. And work-wise, how when I collaborate and work WITH my husband, we're really able to make things work for us in a way that is easy, simple and more lucrative. A big insight for me. What was it for you @Lynn Beck
