For those of you who are community owners…
And this might be silly to even ask, but…
My community is for women specifically.
Someone requested to join and I can’t tell if it’s a male or female.
The name is Theo. Is that a male or female name? 😆🙈 gender-neutral?
Should I ask them to clarify their gender? Or just deny them?
How do I ask without it being weird?
Would you even go through the hassle?
