My husband and I have recently started figuring out how to ferment foods and drinks.
We've got a jar of fermenting garlic going right now and we're going to add more to the mix soon.
So, we decided to document our fermenting journey inside of a new skool community.
It will be the most fun place on the internet for fermentation to occur (seriously...)
