💬 Why I Built Stronger Than the Pause
When I hit my 40s, my body stopped playing by the old rules. More cardio + less food? Zero results. My energy tanked. I felt like I was doing everything “right”… but nothing was working. Sound familiar? Turns out, it wasn’t me failing. It was perimenopause quietly rewriting the playbook. Nobody warned us, nobody handed us the new rules. So I went and wrote my own. And because I didn’t just want to guess my way through it, I went back to school and fully educated myself in health and fitness. I wanted the real tools that work for women like us. Once I shifted my training, nutrition, and recovery to match this stage of life, everything changed. I got stronger, leaned out, and finally felt like me again. That’s why I created Stronger Than the Pause—for women like us. To cut through the BS. To share tools that actually work. To remind you: you are NOT broken. You just need a different approach.
