Ice cream
This recipe for ice cream came up and so I thought I would make it. I added half of an avocado,I did 2 1/3 cups of cottage cheese and the rest I didn't measure 🤣 Guys it tastes like cheesecake!!! It is so delicious and I haven't even froze it yet!

My Morning experiment
After last nights workshop I decided I would actually measure this morning. I swear I’m not a Costco salesperson but I’ve been buying this pancake mix from them for months and I think they’re on sale this week as well. With these two pancakes, it’s 2/3c of mix, 1c of protein soy milk and 1/2c of cottage cheese = 43g of protein (47g of carbs) I 100% am not a calorie counter and will probably won’t become one, but it’s 4am I’m on day 4 of sleepless nights so I thought I’d do some math this morning.
