Ice cream
This recipe for ice cream came up and so I thought I would make it. I added half of an avocado,I did 2 1/3 cups of cottage cheese and the rest I didn't measure 🤣 Guys it tastes like cheesecake!!! It is so delicious and I haven't even froze it yet!

Who used a scale this week when prioritizing protein What did you notice? Did it change how much you thought you were eating? Did anything shift with hunger, energy, or fullness? #Day 13 - 21 Day Habit Reset It’s the end of week two, instead of checking out, check in! When we get uncomfortable and push past the I don’t want toos, and do it anyways, that’s where the real magic happens! SHARE! SHARE! SHARE! Even when you don’t want to. You never know who you are encouraging. 💕

I haven't used a scale but i've been tracking it on the fit app and i'm shocked by how much i get and i'm incorporating more protein every day. I've really been focused on eating at home versus the drive thru-that was a bad habit of mine and I haven't been bloated at all this week. It's amazing the difference 🥰

I just tried greek yogurt but you can use any kind, mixed it with peanut butter, added chocolate on top, melted it in the microwave for 1 minute, let it sit for 5 minutes and it tasted just like a reese's peanut butter cup but way healthier!!!

I love crunchy things too! But chips often make me bloated and gassy and just not feeling well so i make a yogurt bowl with peanut butter and granola for snack, just in a little bowl to satisfy that crunch. Sometimes I add sunflower seeds. I also do the apples and peanut butter. The seaweed snacks you can buy are good too, they're pretty crunchy and i get the ones made with olive oil.

I added a bunch of different spices too and used turkey meat! It's delicous
